Full Design-Build Service

TCR completes a full walkthrough for both exterior and interior design. We work personally with clients to best serve their needs. This includes renovations, extensions, as well as cosmetic upgrades (new furniture, paint, flooring, etc.). Once the design is approved we move smoothly into the construction phase and gather all the materials and finishes needed for the project. We then assign an on-site construction team, project manager, and interior designer who make regular visits and ensure everything is moving smoothly, is on schedule, and to our client’s standards.

Design For Build Department

TCR completes a full walkthrough, recreates designs for all rooms requested, which can be installed by the facility’s in-house maintenance team under the supervision of our Project Manager. This includes all aspects of interior design from fabric to wallpaper or paint selection.

Branded Design

TCR creates a full-design packet for all facilities across the country that function under one healthcare company. All lobbies, dining rooms, and PTOT rooms for each facility stay consistent between facilities. For the resident rooms and halls, we provide one design in multiple colors, which maintains this consistency, while each is unique.

Building Reclad

TCR updates the design of your building with stucco, paneling, or stone. This ensures that facilities look like new. Modern design is essential in creating a building that is both aesthetically pleasing and up-to-date.

Entrance Renovation

You only get one chance to make a first impression. TCR creates new entryways to “wow” your residents and their guests. It is important to maintain entryways, or completely rebuild outdated ones. A welcoming entrance gives residents and their guests a safe, “at home” feeling.

Patios & Outdoor Living

Getting outdoors and enjoying fresh air is essential to a healthy life. TCR creates an outdoor oasis for your clients to enjoy. This includes full outdoor construction including patios and walkways. New patios not only look great, but an updated patio is important to ensure safety and comfort.

Parking, Driveways, Walkways, Roofs & Railing

Any on-site repairs that need to be made, TCR has it covered. TCR repairs and replaces potholes, broken walkways, driveways, leaky roofs, and railings for your safety.

Construction

TCR specializes in construction and can also renovate your facility based on the design provided by your own designer or architect. The sky is the limit. We meet all your requests depending on what is needed to ensure both a safe and beautiful facility.

Maintenance Program

When a facility has been renovated in the past 5-10 years, the design is still current and beautiful but sometimes the wall covering starts peeling, a corner guard gets so smashed up that it needs to be replaced, the floor tile gets so gouged that it needs to be replaced, etc. We come in and go over the facility with a fine tooth comb and repair the finishes and materials.
